Behind this concept is Jalil Skiredj, who really fought hard to find the perfect location and complete all the necessary work before welcoming everyone. His goal? To offer a space where everyone can rent a stall and sell their treasures without lifting a finger. The result? Even before the opening, all 305 stalls (including 100 wardrobe spaces) were already reserved, especially by many exhibitors. Not bad at all...

The principle is simple: you rent a stand to showcase the things you want to part with, and Au Vide-Grenier takes care of the rest. As for prices, it's super affordable: €15 for a week, €25 for two weeks, and €30 for three weeks. In return, you get 65% of the sale price for each item, without even needing to be there. There’s even a pretty sweet offer if you’re struggling a bit: if, after three weeks, you haven’t sold items worth €30, you get one week of rental for free!
A 200m² area dedicated to furniture
Au Vide-Grenier has it all: clothes, toys, appliances, furniture, decor… Everything is in great condition, tagged by the sellers at free prices and secured with anti-theft systems. There’s also a 200m² area just for furniture, and here’s how it works: you don’t have to pay any rental fee (unlike for clothing), you just need to send a photo of the piece of furniture you want to part with to the team, and if it's accepted, you can drop it off for free! However, the shop keeps 40% of the sale price, with automatic price drops every 15 days to maximize the chances of it being sold. Thank you!
