Because they serve authentic recipes that blend tradition and modernity, with a touch of creativity that will delight every palate. Les Trois Soupes offers classic French flavors, as well as inspirations from all around the world.

Behind this comforting address is Théo Saint-Pierre, 33 years old, a passionate individual who wanted to restore soup to its rightful place. Inspired by family recipes passed down from his grandmother and mother, he adds flavors gathered from his many travels. The result? An eclectic and generous menu where you can find classics like chorba soup, pho, Thai soup, and even original creations like the Mexican Old El Pa Soup, which is, let's be honest, a real favorite of the team !

While soups are the stars of the menu, Les Trois Soupes doesn’t stop there. Depending on the seasons and the market, you can enjoy equally delicious regional and international dishes: beef cheek stew, salmon carpaccio, or a to-die-for veal stew. A lovely place you absolutely have to try!
