A contemporary and original chef
Before his promotion in June 2022, Clément Convard was the sous chef of the former head chef of La Cénacle, Thomas Vonderscher, who won a Michelin star in 2019. This internal promotion is therefore like a "natural succession" within the gourmet restaurant, considering the high-quality work our young prodigy was already doing! Since Clément Convard has been wearing the "ultimate toque," the new young chef has revised the menu, the team, and even the tableware!

Her cuisine is contemporary, original, and greatly appreciated by customers, including Matthieu Dellac, the director of the Cour des Consuls. He mentions having learned everything from the great Michelin-starred chef Gilles Goujon, but it's her own talent that truly shines on the plate!
Making customers happy above all
Clément Convard and his team are dedicated to making their customers happy. Bringing joy through good food: that's the essence of this gourmet table! (And you can feel it.)

If the Michelin stars are assigned to a restaurant and not to a chef, we can't deny the personal and fresh touch of Clément, which allowed Cénacle to reinvent itself AND maintain its star!

By maintaining the Michelin star for the fifth consecutive year, Clément Convard has allowed his restaurant to continue to "shine bright like a diamond". Even though the team had very little time to achieve this, the exercise was intense but greatly rewarded! We can only wish the "youngest Michelin-starred chef in Toulouse" and his super team: a long and beautiful gastronomic career...
