The Editor

At the helm of Kumo is Julien Cabannes, a pastry enthusiast and a lover of Japan, who has created a unique place to enjoy French pastries with a little Japanese twist, giving you a taste of travel... And we can tell you, the result is truly amazing!

Éclairs in 7 Delicious Varieties

The display offers éclairs in seven different varieties (5€ each), some tarts (also 5€), soft and delightful mochis, and Kumo (9€ each), a cloud-shaped pastry that's incredibly light (in every sense!). And we can't forget the must-have, the star of the shop: the burnt cake (aka basque cheesecake), a cake made with cream cheese that's so creamy it's downright scandalous!

Croissant, chocolatine, pain suisse…

In addition to their incredibly delicious fusion pastries, at Kumo, you’ll also find some must-have baked goods: croissant, chocolatine, pain suisse… Classic, for sure, but timeless classics! And that’s not all! At the back of the shop, a catering corner delights you with fresh salads, sandwiches made with fresh bread, and even Japanese brioche. In short, Kumo checks all the boxes, so hats off to the team!
