Located at 85 Chemin des Côtes de Pech David, the Guinguette de l'Observatoire offers one of the most beautiful views of Toulouse! Accessible by car or the urban cable car via the Hôpital Rangueil stop, this spot is perfect for escaping the urban hustle and enjoying a relaxing moment in nature.

A Fresh Culinary Offer

This season, La Guinguette is welcoming two food stands: Les Affranchis and Grignote. Les Affranchis offers a locavore cuisine that blends Occitan culture with flavors from afar, featuring dishes like charcuterie, cheeses, burrata, burgers, pan con tomate, and croquetas just like in Barcelona… Grignote, on the other hand, serves up tapas and sharing platters, perfect for enjoying an apéritif with friends.

A True Guinguette Atmosphere

With its tent adorned with fairy lights, refreshing cocktails, craft beers, and carefully selected wines, the Guinguette de l'Observatoire is bound to become the must-visit spot of your summer. Open from Wednesday to Saturday, 6 PM to 11:30 PM, it's the perfect place to enjoy those long summer evenings !
