This guinguette is the brainchild of Makeda Laurenvil and Germina Davilus, a couple as sunny as their cooking. Their Caribbean restaurant (already well-known among the people of Toulouse) is returning this summer in a much more festive form. They've traded the walls for fresh air and tripled the space by going all out on the terrace. The result: a true open-air spot, entirely outdoor with a beach vibe.

Chill ambiance during the day, party at night
Fine sand, tropical plants, sun loungers, foosball, a small dance floor… all bathed in sunlight or beautiful lighting in the evening. The DJ sets will feature pretty mainstream music, making sure everyone has a great time, but on the plate we are fully embracing the Caribbean: colombo, grilled dishes, passion fruit, cytherea plums… And to top it all off: two iconic Haitian dishes will be on the menu all season long! On the drink side, it’s just as exotic: rum, tropical fruits, homemade juices, and even a signature cocktail with a secret recipe...

And since the outdoor venue is set to last until November (weather permitting), let's just say you have the whole summer to try EVERYTHING on the menu!
