Located in Montaudran, the Halle de la Machine houses the spectacular mechanical creatures from La Compagnie La Machine. During lunch, it's not traditional servers that serve you, but rather machines, and it’s truly a show !
A meal served by machines
Beyond the simply amazing service, Le Minotaure Café offers an inspired and delicious menu, perfectly matching the mechanical show. We start with a starter made of pea cream, smoked salt mascarpone, marinated pepper, and vegetable bacon. For the first course, there's a cubic panna cotta with lobster bisque, crab crumble, and a Granny Smith stick. For the main course, enjoy a lovely marinated cod with lime, passion fruit, and almond rice. Next, it's time for cheese with a slice of Toulouse cheese.with goat cheese & gâtinais, then we finish with a delightful popping popcorn-flavored dessert.
