Located at the Tounis quay, right in the heart of the Pink City, Les Canotiers offers two delightful experiences: a 100 m² terrace by the quay opening on June 15, and more importantly, a stunning 150 m² floating platform starting from July 15.
A meticulous kitchen and cocktails that take you on a journey
On the plate, it's simple yet refined: melting burrata on a bed of caponata, a generous board of Serrano ham, and beef tataki “tiger crying” style… And to wash it all down? A wonderful selection of wines, refreshing soft drinks, and thoughtfully crafted house cocktails. All of this to be enjoyed with a breathtaking view of the Pont Neuf. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this spot.
