Remember: in 2024, the very first edition was a huge success (over 1,100 people when there were only 600 spots available initially). Well, this year, the Festival is back from May 8 to 10, still at the Barricot, the cozy restaurant nestled in the Mercure Toulouse Centre Compans-Caffarelli.

Three days, three worlds, and zero inhibitions
On Thursday, May 8, we kick off with a completely French vibe: côte de boeuf, beef bourguignon, whole merlu, cheeses straight from our region, and a DJ to keep the rhythm going. On Friday, we turn our sights to Asia with the Phô me dream brunch – between phô, makis, and baos, we travel with every bite. Then on Saturday, we head to the United States with the Harlem Globe Brunchers: burgers, hot dogs, donuts, all served XXL style! As for prices: €39 for brunch, €35 for drunch, and €20 for kids. Reservations are recommended, but if you arrive early, you might be in luck!
Second Round: Companschella
And if you thought it was over, think again! From June 7 to 9, the event comes back even more festive with a second act called Companschella, a clear nod to Coachella, but here it’s all about chilling and enjoying some hearty food. On the menu: DJ sets by DJ Even, eye-catching decor, street market-style food corners, a sparkly bar, and fun makeup and temporary tattoo workshops… In short, it’s a delightful mix of brunch and mini-festival where you can eat and party with your crew.
For this upgraded version, brunch is now €45 and drunch is €39. Honestly, it’s a deal not to be missed!statement, for the complete experience and top-notch atmosphere, it's a great deal that ticks all the boxes.
