A big food festival is coming to a garden in Toulouse this weekend!

After a successful first edition on the Capitole square last year, the Festival of Good Eating is back in Toulouse from May 24 to 26, this time in the Grand Rond garden. Another opportunity to celebrate the delights of the region and to highlight the local producers of the area.

This is the new foodie event in Toulouse! For 3 days, 45 farmers and artisans from the Bienvenue à la Ferme and Marchés de Producteurs de Pays networks will set up in the heart of the Grand Rond garden to introduce you to the gastronomic treasures of our beautiful region. Delicious cheeses, delicate foie gras, authentic cured meats, gourmet honey, fragrant olives, craft beers, succulent poultry, enchanting saffron... The stalls will be overflowing with quality products bearing official labels such as AB, IGP, AOP, for the delight of your taste buds. And because eating well means choosing quality products, supporting local production, balancing your diet, but also enjoying yourself in a festive atmosphere and good company, the program promises a lot of variety. On the menu: a farmers' market, meetings with farmers and breeders, workshops, demonstrations, dining, exhibitions, live music, farm animals, and other activities for all ages. Escape game and Buzzer Quiz.In the spotlight of the year's new releases, an escape game on the theme "The Forgotten of the Fridge". Here's the scoop: "you are a member of the S.A.G.A (Section Anti Food Waste). Quick, a power outage in the kitchen, the contents of the fridge are about to go bad... You have 30 minutes with your team to solve the kitchen puzzles and try to minimize food waste. Take on the challenge!". Another activity that stands out: a Buzzer Quiz offered by Interbio (the organic products sector). Let's just say that food lovers are in for a treat... especially since admission is free!
