Toulouse has a new hideout for coffee and homemade treat lovers: Les Infiltrés. Opened in December 2024 at 11 rue Peyras, this cozy and friendly coffee shop is the result of a wonderful partnership between three passionate individuals: Angel, the barista and now the master of the place, Ying, who already leads Café Perle and co-founded the restaurant Okaeri (which has just opened), and Jonathan, co-founder of BOCA and BOCA DOS. To say the least, these three know what they're doing and are ready to delight the people of Toulouse.
After several months of renovations, the old Kiosque location has been transformed into a bright and spacious area, blending raw wood with modern touches. The large front opens wide during sunny days, creating the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the sun. Inside, it offers 35 seating arrangements, a relaxed atmosphere, and a thoughtfully designed menu.
Specialty coffee, homemade cuisine, and brunch
Les Infiltrés is all about specialty coffee, sourced from Cafés MUDA, the vice-champion of France in Roasting 2024. Whether it’s espresso, V60, aeropress, or batch brew, we take our coffee seriously here. For the curious, the signature drink, "L'Infiltrée," changes regularly: right now, it’s an amazing Tiramisu Iced Latte.
When it comes to food, everything is homemade. From breakfast to brunch plates served until 3 PM, including sweet brioche rolls and an egg muffin to enjoy any time of the day. The pastry chef, a Ferrandi graduate, puts a fun twist on classic desserts, like the must-try Victoria sponge cake. Plus, there are plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, with locally sourced products: sourdough bread from Frères Chapelier, brioche from Bun’s Baker, and farm-fresh milk from Ferme des Tilleuls. And the café has just launched a brunch deal for the weekend that includes a savory plate of your choice, a sweet plate, a hot drink, and a refreshing drink (like orange juice or lemonade).
