The French Bar Awards is a first in France: a national ranking of the best bars, established not by an editorial committee or food critics, but by 549 industry professionals (bartenders, bar managers, owners, brand ambassadors) operating in 59 departments. This is unprecedented in existing bar rankings!
The 2026 ranking reveals a completely Parisian Top 3: Danico, The Cambridge Public House, and Bar Nouveau. Out of the 100 distinguished bars, 61 are located outside of Paris, in 22 cities and 12 regions. Toulouse is among them, proudly featuring five representatives!
Five addresses, five different universes
With L'Heure du Singe in 29th place, Toulouse places its best ambassador in the top third of the national ranking. Kodomo (#38) and Fat Cat (#50) follow closely behind.
