Since 2016, Momo Tibétain has been delighting the people of Strasbourg with its delicious Tibetan cuisine. At the helm is a Tibetan family that wanted to create a little piece of home in the Alsatian capital. Inspired by traditional recipes passed down through generations, they've opened this cozy little nook where you can enjoy homemade dishes. The momo, a typical Tibetan dumpling, is the star of the establishment. Steamed or pan-fried, it comes in several varieties: vegetables, chicken, beef, all enhanced with aromatic spices that awaken the taste buds.

The menu also offers traditional soups, like thenthuk, a handmade noodle soup, and sha phaley, a perfectly fried meat-stuffed pastry. All of this is accompanied by Tibetan butter tea, a true staple in the Himalayan mountains. This place, although tiny, more than makes up for it with its warm hospitality and the authenticity of its flavors!
