The Manufakture Krimmeri, does that ring a bell? This revitalized industrial space has taken root in part of the old Heppner logistics site, on the edge of Neudorf and Meinau. The idea? To give this huge area of nearly 4.8 hectares a temporary second life before it's transformed into a residential neighborhood.

The result feels like a permanent festival: mountains of colorful containers, palm trees, beach umbrellas, sand beneath your feet, and wide-open spaces where you can hang out until the end of the night. In total, there are 4,000 m² dedicated to relaxation and festivities. Outside, over 2,600 m² create a true summer village vibe, and we just love it!
The World Cup at the Heart of the Vibe
It's hard to imagine a better timing. As the World Cup already fuels conversations, Manufakture has set up two giant screens in its vast sandy space. What a way to experience the matches in an electrifying atmosphere, surrounded by hundreds of fans!

But football is just part of the program. All summer long, DJ sets, concerts, artistic performances, children's activities, community workshops, and events focused on social and solidarity economics will fill the calendar. The food truck village will frequently change its offerings, so you’ll never have to eat the same thing twice (and you’ll have a great excuse to come back).
A place that will keep evolving all summer long
While the site has already opened its doors wide, it hasn’t revealed all its secrets yet. New containers, relaxation areas, and light installations are set to be added in the coming weeks. It’s a way to evolve the space throughout the summer and allow visitors to gradually make this vast area their own.
