At Toscani, the storefront is pretty low-key, but once you have your cone in hand, you’re in a whole new world. And let’s talk about the flavors—there are more than 30 of them: pretzel, cookies, caramelized fig, matcha, candied ginger, cactus, basil... Don’t worry, the classic flavors are there too! Born in Obernai in 1873 (yes, that's quite old!), Gross is one of the big names in delicious treats in Alsace. Everything is prepared in their artisanal lab, using milk from Alsace and delightful flavors like mara des bois strawberry, Reck espresso coffee, or sugar-free raspberry and green apple. Their shop at Place des Halles is super convenient if you're in the city center. They also offer iced cakes, including a huge ice pot for 6 people at €39—it's a real gem!

If there’s one frozen institution in Strasbourg, it’s Franchi! Established in 1934, this ice cream shop has truly conquered the city with its 9 locations spread across all neighborhoods. There, Pierod is waiting for you with over 30 crazy flavors: raffaello, cheesecake, Dubai snickers, croissant, pancakes...
