At once delicate, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth, crispy, grilled and even caramelized, the smash burger has quickly become the street food we can't live without, with its smashed patty bursting with flavors (yes, even in Strasbourg). And if we have you drooling with these first lines, it's because we want to tell you about a new smash burger paradise that discreetly set up shop on Quai des Pêcheurs in late 2022, taking over the spot of "Pour de Bon". This little gem is called Bang Burgers.
On the menu: a slightly brioche-like bread with mashed potatoes, high-quality freshly ground meat cooked perfectly to be crispy, tender, and tasty, homemade sauces, good cheese, and also homemade fries. A real burger made from mostly locally sourced ingredients (including some products from Alsatian farms), all offered at reasonable prices between 13 and 15 euros for the menu.

Cheddar on the burger: the young owner is showing solidarity by offering a great student deal with a burger, fries, and a drink for only 10€. It's almost cheaper than McDonald's and infinitely better! So go for it, your taste buds will thank you (we're not sure if your personal trainer will do the same, but who cares).
