From downtown to the outskirts, the locations have been carefully selected. Among the lucky ones, we find Place du Corbeau, Place de Bordeaux, Place du Marché, Place Hans-Jean-Arp, Place de l’Hippodrome, Place d’Ostwald, Hautepierre Media Library, Allée des Marquises at Wacken and even Meinau!

Each location will have its own vibe, featuring different pricing zones based on foot traffic, and food trucks rotating throughout the week. For each of them: a maximum of two high tables per stand and an authorized area of 21m², keeping the street food spirit alive while allowing room for the neighborhood life to thrive. To be selected, candidates must apply by April 22nd, and the City will evaluate the applications based on several criteria: quality of the setup, originality of the dishes, proposed prices, and the experience of the chef in charge.
Food trucks for 1 year
The food trucks will be in place from July 1, 2025, through the following summer, with a presence of 5 days m.ax per week with hours from 11 AM to 9 PM. And if the test goes well, the City might extend the program to other neighborhoods. In short, if you love good food and live in Strasbourg, this summer is looking great. Truly great, in fact!
