Two addresses that delight
Next, head to Petite France, where the Régent Petite France showcases all the elegance of local gastronomy. Brought to life by the team at La Fourchette des Ducs, the menu highlights regional products: trout and char from Sparsbach, tender squab, carefully prepared farm vegetables… All served on plates that are as beautiful as they are delicious, with a terrace stretching along the banks of the Ill.
