And for good reason, the team has pulled out all the stops to offer an exceptional product. Homemade bacon from the local butcher, a blend of three local flours, fresh fruits and vegetables from the Meinau Island... The recipe is simple but incredibly effective.

Classic and Original Creations
Purists will be delighted to find the essential gratinéed tarte flambées, with munster or plain. But for the more adventurous, Schatzi also offers original creations: Comté and walnuts, Bear's garlic Tomme, goat cheese, forest, Alsatian guanciale, Alsatian salmon trout or even pickled red onions. And because vegetarians are not forgotten, Schatzi also offers vegetarian recipes that are full of flavor and deliciousness.
