The Editor

It’s a hybrid space, part boutique and part tea room, set to open in April. And this place has character: a building from 1780 with a staircase worn smooth by the ages and a cozy atmosphere that strikes a balance between chic and intimate. Downstairs, there’s a eight-meter-long counter where its creations will be displayed. Upstairs, a “new generation” tea room with just twenty seats. Perfect for settling in comfortably and savoring the moment!

Sweet and Savory Pastries

Beyond the absolutely stunning setting, it's really the chef's vision that captivates, someone who honed his skills at the double Michelin-starred La Villa René Lalique. He will be offering pastries that change with the seasons, where fruits and vegetables meet (it sounds odd, but trust us, it’s absolutely delicious), featuring both sweet and savory delights, including some gems like salty versions of floating islands! In short, it's a unique space, blending tradition with modernity, between pastry and gastronomy. You have to try it as soon as it opens!
