The Michelin Guide 2025 has unveiled its results, and Alsace shines with two new stars awarded to establishments in the Bas-Rhin: La Cheneaudière - Le Feuillage in Colroy-la-Roche and Auberge Chez Guth in Steige.
In Colroy-la-Roche, La Cheneaudière - Le Feuillage, led by chef Jean-Paul Acker, has been recognized for its modern and refined cuisine. This establishment, nestled in a picturesque setting, offers a dining experience that highlights local products with a contemporary twist.

56 Michelin-starred restaurants in the Grand-Est region
On its side, the Auberge Chez Guth in Steige, under the skillful guidance of chef Yannick Guth, has also earned its first star. Nestled in the Villé valley, this former farmhouse-inn offers creative cuisine inspired by regional ingredients, including herbs and flowers personally foraged by the chef. Guests can savor dishes like coregon in a seaweed crust with chickpea rouille, all while enjoying stunning views of the mountainous landscape from the terrace.

These awards bring the total number of starred restaurants in Alsace, Lorraine, and Champagne-Ardenne to 56, further cementing the culinary reputation of the Grand-Est region. The ceremony, held in Metz, also highlighted other remarkable establishments, showcasing the diversity and richness of the region's culinary scene.
