If you grew up in Alsace, you can't miss this name: Daniel Stoffel is a bit like the local Charlie, but in a handcrafted and family-oriented way. Born in Haguenau in 1963, this chocolatier has built his reputation on sharp expertise and a passion passed down through generations. Today, the brand boasts three delightful shops (in Haguenau, Ribeauvillé, and at the Shopping Promenade), all designed to be true chocolate museums.

Pralines, molds, bars, spreadable creams, and soft marshmallows : each creation is thoughtfully crafted, skillfully shaped, and perfected with a love for the product that you can taste from the very first bite. Plus, this lovely little world will continue to be made locally, in the workshop in Haguenau, to stay true to its roots.
A place that promises to be as beautiful as it is delicious
For its first store in Strasbourg, the house has gone big : two floors of temptation in a warm decor, designed as a cocoon where chocolate reigns supreme. The place promises to melt the hearts of both enthusiasts and the curious, with that touch of authenticity that is the Stoffel signature : a blend of history, tradition, and a well-measured dose of modernity.

And since Daniel Stoffel loves to pamper his visitors, a little welcome gift will be waiting for the lucky ones to walk through the door during opening week. We don’t know about you, but we're already getting ready to trade our autumn coffees for a homemade hot chocolate, all frothy and 100% Alsatian!
