If you love quality meat, you probably already know Boucher bien élevé. After winning over the meat lovers of Krutenau, Valentin Dive's shop has set up its knives on Rue du Fossé-des-Treize. This former lobbyist turned artisan butcher made a big career shift to focus on his passion: offering local and well-sourced meats. His first spot, located at Quai des Pêcheurs (quite a twist for a butcher!), became a reference in the Alsace capital in just two years.
