According to information from Actu Strasbourg, Holly’s Diner is set to land in Strasbourg at 2 quai Kléber, right at the entrance of the Place des Halles shopping center by the end of May 2025. A restaurant straight out of an American movie, where you'll find leather booths, colorful neon lights, a vintage jukebox, and an ultra-delicious menu that smells just like Uncle Sam.

On the menu, all the classic American diner favorites: juicy burgers, creamy mac and cheese, crispy fish & chips, generous hot dogs, and other comforting dishes at friendly prices, with combos starting from just €8.90 at lunchtime. For the hungrier folks, the starter-main or main-dessert combo is available for €11.90, and the complete starter-main-dessert option is just €14.90. Perfect for treating yourself without breaking the bank!
Spectacular service delivered on roller skates
But wait, there's more! The real surprise is the service on roller skates! To fully embrace the theme, the diner hires servers who can glide between the tables with style and speed. This challenge has been taken on by the Cheminotroller association, which specializes in roller skating, by creating a completely customized training program just for this!
