From Budapest to Strasbourg, via Gordon Ramsay
Originally from Budapest, Agnès Torma is no stranger to the kitchen. With over 20 years of experience in high gastronomy, she has worked alongside big names, including the famous Gordon Ramsay in London, as explained by Actu Strasbourg. A crowdfunding campaign launched
Originally planned for June 2024, "Le Pavot" will now open its doors in January 2025, following a series of delays due to never-ending construction work. The outcome? An increase in costs which makes equipping the kitchen a little tricky.
To take on this challenge, Agnès has launched a , aimed at funding essential items like an oven, a dishwasher, or even refrigerators. « This project is very close to my heart, and I am sure the people of Strasbourg will help me bring a little piece of Hungary here », she shares in remarks reported by topmusic.fr.
