Strasbourg loves girls!
According to a ranking established by Femme Actuelle, Strasbourg ranks first among the best cities in France to live in as a woman! The women's magazine unveiled « the cities that love women » in a special feature after an 8-month investigation. The tables are clear: Strasbourg, Rennes, Bordeaux, Lyon, and Nantes are the top 5 cities according to the rankings.

A privileged city in terms of health, transportation, and housing
To distinguish the most egalitarian of the 50 largest French municipalities, the magazine relied on figures distributed into 4 main chapters: specific healthcare services, security, quality of life, and the action of municipal authorities, with 21 indicators resulting from them. The numbers were provided by the Ministry of the Interior and Health, the CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales), INSEE, Citepa, Fubicy, Leboncoin...
"The ideal city.;alley does not exist, and even less so for women. To paraphrase the geographer Yves Raibaud, it is most often thought, constructed, and organized by men for men. Fortunately, not all cities are created equal," introduces Femme Actuelle in its investigation. Strasbourg can be proud of being a welcoming and female-friendly land. A reliquary which Perpignan, Antibes, and Troyes cannot boast about: the bad students in the ranking.
