The work kicked off in December 2022, and the first sneak peeks were revealed on Tuesday, June 3rd. It's at the former headquarters of the Regional Audit Chamber, located on Rue du Faubourg-de-Pierre, that this new modern and cozy residence is taking shape. It’s a lovely urban recycling project that’s bringing new life to an iconic building in the city center.
A budget of 5 million euros
With a budget of 5 million euros, the project is clearly aiming high: 57 student apartments, ranging from 11 to 42 m², all fully equipped. But that's not all: there’s a free gym (which is a real treat considering annual rates), a coworking space with a café to work without being cooped up in your room, and a study area to boost your productivity.
