The Editor

Between November 26 and December 24, the Grand Island will be off-limits for traffic, except for emergency vehicles, public services in action, and individuals with reduced mobility who hold an official card. Only drivers with the special Christmas Market sticker will be able to access the center, and only through the checkpoints set up on the Abattoir, Paris, Fonderie, and Corbeau bridges. Inspections may be conducted, and regular badges will not be valid. In short: without a sticker, it’s better to keep your car cozy at home.

Supervised Parking, Closed Parking Lots, and Tow Yard

When it comes to parking, there's a simple rule: total prohibition on the streets of the Grande-Île starting from November 25 at 10 PM. The Kléber, Gutenberg, and Broglie parking lots will be closed to the public and will be reserved only for subscribers with the famous sticker. Residents of zones 2 and 3 will, however, have the chance to park temporarily in the outdoor parking lots, subject to availability. You've got it, it’s best to come on foot, by tram, or even by sled (if the weather allows it).

In case of towing, the tow yard is located at the administrative center of Parc de l'Étoile and is reachable 24/7 at 03 90 40 14 00.
