The work on the retail spaces is coming to an end, and the first installations are already planned. Jean-Louis Loeb Picard, the owner of the place, according to Actu Strasbourg, explains: “Three units have been leased. Orange has already opened on the ground floor. Right next door, a 700 m² space will house Normal. Below, Basic Fit will set up shop in 2,000 m². The leases are signed for 12 to 15 years.”

But wait, that's not all! As we mentioned, the shopping center La Maison Rouge covers a whopping 13,000 m², which is really huge! And doing the math, there are still 3,000 m² to fill, so specialized Swiss distributors in pharmacy and para-pharmacy might set up shop here. This would be their very first opening in France, and a place like Strasbourg is definitely tempting! We're talking about a big space here: 400 m² on the ground floor, over 1,600 m² on the first floor, and another 1,000 m² on the second.
