The Debus brewery, founded in 2016 by Michel Debus, an iconic figure in the world of beer, occupies a historic site: the Villa Weber, a half-timbered house from the 19th century, formerly the site of the Adelshoffen brewery. Michel Debus, creator of the famous Desperados and Adelscott, chose this location to open his restaurant and brewery, thus perpetuating the brewing heritage of the region.
A closure until further notice
For regulars of the Debus brewery, it's a real blow. The restaurant, known for its delicious dishes, huge terrace, and warm atmosphere, is forced to close its doors for an undetermined period. Fans of Storig beers will have to wait before they can once again enjoy their favorite brews.
While waiting for the reopening, the people of Schilik and beer lovers hope that the Debus brewery will quickly recover from this setback.
