It's time to dig into your boxes and forgotten treasures, Strasbourg! On Saturday, June 7th, the parking lot of IKEA Strasbourg will transform into a bustling marketplace full of great deals with a huge flea market open to everyone. The idea is simple and totally awesome: clear out those closets, give new life to your items (whether they’re from IKEA or not), and enjoy a day dedicated to sharing and good vibes. Furniture, decor, dishes, toys, books, textiles... Everything that’s cluttering your shelves could bring joy to a new home.

The cherry on top of the kanelbullar is that registrations to hold a stall have been open since April 28th, and on top of that, all fees will be donated to a local association. What a lovely way to combine the useful with the altruistic while freeing up space at home! And for those who prefer treasure hunting over a quick sale, this is the perfect chance to discover gems at bargain prices.

A solidarity event that bears fruit

At IKEA, the commitment to more responsible consumption isn’t new. All year round, the brand focuses on the second life with its resale areas: second-hand furniture, display models, or slightly dented items are patiently waiting for a second chance at lovely low prices. As a bonus, IKEA also provides free spare parts and screws to extend the life of your beloved bookshelf, and even offers the TRIXIG range, perfect for smart DIY projects that won’t break the bank.

So, on June 7th, whether you're a seller, a treasure hunter, or just a curious soul, the parking lot at IKEA Strasbourg promises to be the place to be for combining second-hand shopping with doing good. Who said that consuming differently can't be fun?
