The FHB group, already well known for its numerous delicious addresses in the city, has once again hit the jackpot with the opening last January of "Bravo!", a flamboyant 600 m² brasserie that smells like Italy!

At Bravo, the first thing that catches your eye is the decor, and what a decor it is! They have gone all out, a tad too much, but that's what we love! A pop and baroque setting, worthy of the trendiest Roman trattorias. Leopard print banquettes, golden mirrors, neon lights, and posters galore. Mostly colored in red and orange, IN SHORT: it's Italy in the heart of Strasbourg and you feel right at home.

A 100% Dolce Vita Setting

On the menu, a wide selection of antipasti, pinsa, and homemade fresh pasta, perfect for sharing or enjoying solo. Colorful and flavorful antipasti, such as confit peppers, burrata with green pesto, tuna terrine, and whitebait fritters, ideal for an aperitif! And if you're looking for a more substantial dish, try pinsa, a crispy and soft Roman pizza, or the homemade fresh pasta, with countless sauces to choose from!

And to accompany all that, what's better than a refreshing Spritz or an Italian cocktail? Bravo's "Spritzeteria" offers a whopping 13 different recipes based on prosecco, including two alcohol-free options. And when it comes to ambiance, they're top-notch too: whether you come with friends, family, or for an afterwork drink, the Italian music from the 80s sets a perfect mood for everyone!
