Mafia Rottolo opened its doors on June 1st on Francs-Bourgeois street in Strasbourg. Behind this name are two little things: "Mafia" for "Magic Authentic Flavour Italia Alsace", as well as a specialty that is starting to charm people: the rottolo. This Italian word simply means "roll" and perfectly describes this rolled sandwich made from a very special pizza dough.

Not less than 12 different sandwiches
Among the sandwiches available, you can find the "Don Marcelli" filled with truffle ham and arugula, the "Don Santini" with smoked salmon, arugula, and Santini cream, or the "Don Valentino" with truffle mortadella, smoked scamorza, and grana padano. In total, the menu offers 12 different sandwiches (that's a good reason to come back every week hehe). And for those with a sweet tooth, don't worry, the rottolos also come in sweet versions: Nutella or pistachio cream! In terms of prices, expect to pay between 9 € (for the vegetarian option) and 14 € for savory sandwiches. As for the sweet versions, they range from 5.50 € to 7 €! They also offer three platters ranging from 12 € for the smallest, to 22 € for the largest, allowing you to discover all the delicious Italian charcuterie and cheese.
