Don't Miss Out on the Huge Outdoor Cinema in Strasbourg This Summer!

Outdoor Cinema is back in full force for its 2024 edition, with a lineup that will dazzle you. So, grab your blankets, popcorn, and get comfortable, it's going to be amazing! Every Friday night, from July 5th to August 30th, you can embrace your inner cinephile in the most beautiful parks of Strasbourg. Nine evenings, nine atmospheres, nine chances to rediscover gems of the 7th art on the (very) big screen. And the best part of it all? It's 100% free! (Yes, you read that right, no need to reach for your wallet). This year, the associations Les Films du Spectre and Speaker have put together a stellar program to cater to all tastes. Comedy, adventure, emotion, it's all there! 9 cult films for the occasion We kick things off in style on July 5th with "OSS 117, Cairo, Nest of Spies", because nothing beats a good Dujardin to start the festivities. And wink at Strasbourg World Capital of UNESCO Book, please. Then, a little underwater journey with "Finding Nemo". Get ready for some movie magic with the lineup at our theater! Picture yourself on a daring adventure in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", followed by a thrilling chase in "North by Northwest", or a trip back in time with "Back to the Future" (makes sense, right?). Movie buffs can also enjoy classics like "All About My Mother" by Almodóvar or "Once Upon a Time in the West" by Sergio Leone. In short: the lineup is a solid 10/10!

The organizers have really outdone themselves this year: starting at 6pm, local artists will be spinning tunes to get everyone in the mood before the movie. And for those feeling peckish (or really hungry): there will be food and drinks available! **A backup plan for rainy days** Because Mother Nature can be a bit moody at times (especially in the summer), the organizers have thought of everything! For the first time this year, five screenings will have an indoor location in case of bad weather.
