Behind this restaurant, you’ll find Basile, a 28-year-old chef who decided to open his own meat restaurant at the beginning of 2023… and what a restaurant it is! It’s literally THE go-to place for good meat in Alsace: it’s delicious, it’s tender, and it’s affordable. A winning combo, right?

Every week, Basile buys whole animals from local producers and butchers them himself in his kitchen (talk about a love for good meat!). Here, everything is direct with the producers, and that’s a core value for him. He works passionately to provide the best possible quality: Salers, Angus, and even Wagyu from Alsace.

Everything is homemade!

Here, meat is king. And the star of the restaurant is, of course, the ribeye! Cooked to perfection, it has been delighting meat lovers for some time now. And the little extra? Their delicious sauces that accompany it. Trust us, this ribeye will make you melt with joy… You won’t eat anything this good for a lonnng time!

And if you ever feel like trying something different, they also offer gems like a cordon bleu with truffle cream sauce or a delicious salmon tartare. In short, a must-visit spot for all meat lovers !
