Last October, a new culinary treasure lit up the NoListra district of Strasbourg: Les Tontons Flambeurs! This restaurant celebrates the Alsatian tradition with passion, showcasing the famous tarte flambée in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

At Les Tontons Flambeurs, the flambeed tart is a serious and purely Alsatian affair! The dough is homemade from a specific flour from the Moulin d'Hurtigheim, the country bacon comes from the master butcher Muller in Rosheim, it is then smoked and dried at the restaurant, and the cream is from Hœrdt and the onions from Krautergersheim. The result is a crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside flambeed tart, with a tasty and generous filling. 100% local and artisanal! You have a choice of a multitude of flambeed tarts! Whether it's the authentic one (cream, onions, smoked bacon), the seasonal one, the Potimarrante (cream, caramelized onions, on-site smoked country bacon, pumpkin, crumbled chestnuts), or even the Truffled Brie (cream, onions, homemade truffled brie), everyone will find their happiness!

To accompany your Flammkuchen, Les Tontons Flambeurs offers a varied selection of Alsatian wines. You can discover wines made from traditional grape varieties such as Riesling, Gewürztraminer, or Pinot Noir, as well as more rare wines like Muscat or Pinot Gris.

Les Tontons Flambeurs is also a friendly place where you feel at ease. With 125 seats, two terraces, and different spaces, the restaurant can welcome everyone, from couples to groups of friends.
