Today we're back with a new address that opened in 2020 (but somehow slipped under our radar) that smells of sugar, sweetness, and relaxation right in the heart of Strasbourg. Born from the union (and shared passion) of the Franco-Russian couple Katerine and Gaëtan, the pastry/tea room Ôjourd’hui has set up shop near Place Tassigny.

Creativity and sweetness at their best

Loved by the most gourmet people in Strasbourg since its opening, this place offers a true cocoon of sweetness where creative pastries blend perfectly with the delicious coffees and teas offered. To delight your taste buds, the house prepares a sublime vanilla swirl tart, a chocolate dessert to die for, as well as crazy focaccias or quiches for those who prefer savory treats.

When it comes to pastries, Today also excels with some of the best pain au chocolat and croissants in the whole city. As delicious as they are beautiful, these creations make your mouth water before you even taste them. And that's also the secret to the success of this lovely spot. And to pique your curiosity, the address has also created the croignet, a delicious mix between a croissant and a donut for a melt-in-your-mouth result. From babkas to typical Alsatian kougelhopfs, all the references of pastry are done with the same success.
