Strasbourg is reaching new heights… At the end of 2022, NAOS Hotel Group unveiled its new premium address with L'Archipel, a restaurant and sky lounge that offers a spectacular view of the city and its gastronomy. Nestled at the top of the new AC Hotel by Marriott, the restaurant L'Archipel sets up its gourmet dining and panoramic bar on the top floor of an ultra-modern building.
On the agenda: a decor reminiscent of a curiosity cabinet, a cozy atmosphere, gigantic plush banquettes in azure, intimate alcoves, reimagined French dishes, and above all, a breathtaking XXL view of Strasbourg and its surroundings. On the menu, you'll find carnaroli risotto with porcini mushrooms and cresson emulsion, or a royal dorade fillet with white butter, arctic caviar, braised leeks, and saffron potatoes from the region.

On the bar side, luxury is also invited to the counter with some high-end finger food (like salmon sashimi, dorade or scallop ceviche, and sesame tuna tataki, marinated prawns, and beef tartare), amazing cocktails, a great wine list, and even oysters to share (or not).
The Archipelago presents a prestigious menu served at lunch and dinner. And for New Year's Eve, they pull out all the stops with a delicious 5-course menu that showcases exceptional ingredients like lobster, foie gras, and scallops.
