Opened since October 2022 on Avenue des Vosges, this little gem is run by Ceyda, a talented young pastry chef who brilliantly reinterprets the classics. Lemon tarts, flaky cocoa brioche, ultra-indulgent cookies... Each of her creations is crafted with care and takes us on a delightful journey to a Parisian patisserie with the very first bite. The decor? Minimalist and cozy.

The Flan, the Undisputed Star

But let's talk less and focus on flan. Yes, because it's THE specialty of the house. Ceyda, who has had a soft spot for this treat since childhood, offers a creamy vanilla flan that's as smooth as ever, made with real organic vanilla from Madagascar. Everything is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, just right. Basically, you can dive in with your eyes closed and indulge without blowing your sugar limit. And as if that weren't enough, she's also created two versions of it: chocolate and praline. Spoiler alert: both are amazing, but our little favorite remains the classic vanilla flan!
