Behind Maison Naas, we find Aurélie and Aymeric, a young Alsatian couple who honed their skills at Pierre Hermé, La Pâtisserie des Rêves, and La Grande Epicerie de Paris for Madame; at the Plaza Athénée and the Royal Monceau for Monsieur. Needless to say, experience and expertise are at hand to delight our taste buds. To add to this beautiful family story, Naas pastry shop is named after Aymeric's grandmother's maiden name as a well-deserved tribute to her.
Classic pastries and daily specials
On the menu: cakes, pastries, cakes, and biscuits perfectly prepared from quality ingredients and, most importantly, seasonal ones by Aurélie and her two accomplices Louise and Amandine, who make up a 100% female team that works like a well-oiled machine. Maison Naas strives to elevate classic pastry recipes such as the Saint-Honoré, marble cake, Kouglof, lemon tart, or walnut tartlet. All at affordable prices around 4 euros for individual pastries.
On the tea room side, the address offers daily specials at the mini price of 7 euros and soon sandwiches. Maison Naas also prepares numerous pastries like the inevitable pain au chocolat and butter croissants. And the very bright setting is perfect for unwinding while watching the "artists" at work in their lab. And to satisfy all tastes, gluten-free and vegan pastries will soon be available at the counter and online (yes, all the treats from the house are available online here).
