Wow, the colorful brewery that skillfully combines street art and bistronomy in Strasbourg

A big brewery, but not just that. The Wow Brewery, located on Rue du Jeu-des-enfants, is a hybrid establishment that combines street art permanently displayed on the walls of five different spaces, temporary exhibitions, and bistro-style cuisine. Between the graffiti-covered walls and perfectly mastered design, we are offered homemade dishes made with seasonal products. The cuisine is traditional and revisited and presented in a fresh and modern way: think of the Barbary duck with lemongrass or the roasted cod with crushed Paimpol coconut, for example. You can also go there for lunch, to enjoy the daily menu and other "arty" suggestions from chef Seydou Diao. Or for an afterwork, where you can taste the snacks offered on the menu, such as a charcuterie platter or tapenades. And when it comes to a brewery, there's beer: there are eight references offered on tap, in addition to a nice selection of wines and spirits.
