
For an unbeatable price, Jean-Seb prepares homemade spätzle that are both crispy and fluffy, exclusively made with local products. And when we say everything is homemade, we mean it: from the cooking broth to the sauces (munster cheese, bacon mushroom or chicken) to the delicious toppings. All of this is done in front of hungry customers who even have the opportunity to choose their desired cooking method.
In its small 18 m² shop, Spätzle Bar provides service at lunchtime 6 days a week. And after deciding to install his counter permanently, Jean-Seb plans to expand his recipes for the spring and summer season. The chef is thinking of creating sauces with capers, sun-dried tomatoes, tarragon, or bear's garlic as reported by France 3 Grand-Est. We're already salivating at the thought!
