Behind this address, you’ll find Alicia, who some of you might have discovered on the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier. She wanted to create a place that reflects her personality: a charming tearoom, coffee shop, and pastry shop where the classics from childhood are dressed up in a modern twist.

Cakes that play tricks on the eye
Among the little wonders crafted by Alicia, you can try a delicate rose that actually hides a blend of milk chocolate ganache with tonka bean, creamy peanut, a chocolate madeleine cookie, and a Breton shortbread. It's all presented so beautifully that you almost hesitate to dig in with your spoon. For the grand opening of the shop, the chef even imagined a sweet twist on a pretzel, giving a cheeky nod to Strasbourg !

The Half-Baked Cookie, the Star of the Shop
But the star of the house is the cookie! We’re not talking about buying a dry packaged biscuit: the customer picks their toppings (salted butter caramel, speculoos bits, or other treats), and then the cookie goes back in the oven. The result? A delightful treat, still warm, gooey in the middle, and generous, just like homemade. And maybe that’s the secret of Maison Alicia: bringing back the simple, comforting taste of childhood!
