For us, it went something like this: a little stroll in Little France, and suddenly, a tantalizing smell tickled our noses and BAM we come face to face with Broll, the new hotspot that's been a hit since its opening at the end of April. Here, no lobster in the rolls, but equally delicious fillings!

Six different recipes are offered to satisfy everyone: from the spicy Tuna Broll, to the Veggie Broll for our herbivore friends, to the Meat Broll for the die-hard carnivores. The best part? The Chicken Broll, with its crispy fried chicken, fresh veggies, and delicious white sauce... But why is it so good? Well, I would say it's the subtle play of textures that makes us lose our minds: on one side, the warm and fluffy brioche bread, on the other, a generous and flavorful filling, all topped off with a delightful sauce... It's pure magic!
