Behind these delicious creations is Cédric Koch, a true enthusiast who has been surrounded by good smells since a young age. After training with several renowned chefs such as François Golla or Éric Girardin, the Chef perfected his art alongside the great Nicolas Stamm-Corby. The latter is not a stranger to the "Régent Petite France" as he contributed to the creation of this new address which he describes as "a gastronomic gem by the water".

But wait, there's more! To accompany these delicious dishes, a fine selection of wines from Alsace and around the world has been curated by the expert Serge Schaal. Local producers such as butcher Christine Spiesser, Sparsbach Fishery, and Authentic Bakery have also been called upon to ensure impeccable quality.

What can we say about the setting other than it is... breathtaking?! An elegant room with soft and calming colors, and especially a terrace by the water with an incredible view of the charming half-timbered houses. Just for the decor alone, it's worth a visit!
