In the family of the most comforting dishes in the world, let's talk about macaroni! With ham, cheese, or just plain, these tiny pasta have the power to fill us with happiness and sweep away all our worries and troubles in no time. And since the season is particularly conducive to comfort, we have decided to introduce you to a little place that has caught our eye for quite some time. Why beat around the bush when we can get straight to the point? So instead of opting for a complicated name, the establishment located on Place des Meuniers preferred to keep it simple by calling itself "Coquillettes". And as the name suggests, the small curved pasta are the queens of the place, dressed up in all kinds of sauces. For all tastes, all cravings, and all worries. At Coquillettes, you can find 9 different macaroni recipes, each more appetizing than the last: the Coqui'cheese (grated emmental cheese, ...gorgonzola, goat cheese), the Coqui-carbo (white ham, scrambled eggs), the Coqui'cheddar (cheddar, crispy onions), the Coqui'chicken boursin (spiced chicken, garlic and herb boursin and homemade creamy sauce), the Coqui'goat cheese honey (goat cheese, honey, crispy onions), the Coquiflette (bacon, reblochon cheese, onions, white wine and cream), the Coquitruffe (white ham, grated emmental cheese and homemade creamy truffle sauce), the Mamie Casserole (slow-cooked beef burgundy style) and customize your own coquillettes.

But beware, we're not talking about a physical address but delicious treats only available for delivery on Uber Eats (for now). Coquillettes could soon open a dedicated restaurant.
