With open-access play areas, arcade machines, retro gaming, and PCs ready to use, get those thumbs warmed up! Thrill-seekers will face off in Fortnite, Counter-Strike, or Trackmania, while the boldest drivers will test Mario Kart World on the Switch 2. And for the nostalgic ones, a trip back to the GameCube era with Mario Smash Football is on the agenda.

Cosplay, guests, and good vibes

Because a great festival wouldn’t be complete without a few surprises, Start To Play is excited to host some amazing guests this year: the talented actress Adeline Chetail (French voice of Zelda, Ellie, and Jinx) will be there for a meet-and-greet and a dubbing workshop. The YouTuber Edward will share his passion for retro gaming, Of Hugo will bring the heat to the Just Dance stage, and FFVIMan will be tinkering with consoles to make them even more awesome. And let’s not forget the traditional cosplay parade and a village of exhibitors where you can snag some geeky treasures!

When Video Games Meet Street Art

Exciting news this year: the COLORS Urban Art Festival joins the adventure! The result? A gigantic console transformed into a participatory mural with artist Zyarck Graffiti, and a live performance by Noïse on an arcade machine. As if the festival wasn't stylish enough already, it’s offering a true crossover with urban art!
