On April 28th, Zurich Square in Strasbourg is going to transform into a true temple of street cuisine. The Street Bouche Corner, the first event of the 2024 street food season, is back for our greatest pleasure!

Forget about bland and soulless dishes, the Street Bouche Corner showcases local, healthy, and seasonal cuisine. In total, around fifteen restaurateurs from all over Alsace will offer you dishes with multiple influences: Asian, Chilean, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Alsatian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, German, and even American.

Salty, sweet, veggie: there will be something for everyone's taste buds!

To wash it all down, what's better than local and artisanal drinks? An Alsatian wine bar with 6 local wineries and a bar offering a selection of local beers, juices, sodas, iced teas, and waters to quench your thirst throughout the day.

An Eco-Friendly Event

The agency De La Food, organizer of the festival, has been committed to reducing the environmental impact of the event industry since its creation in 2016 through various actions such as using second-hand equipment, durable furniture, and banning non-returnable plastic.
