We knew Strasbourg for its pretzels, winstubs, and beers. Now we’ll know Stras’ for its cocktails! Indeed, the city is finally launching its very first cocktail fair on May 16 and 17, 2025, at the Manufacture des Tabacs, specifically within the walls of The People Hostel. There will be fifteen stands to explore: local distilleries, 0% soft drinks, fresh juices… You can taste everything for free, and you’ll be able to take home a little bottle (or two) if your heart desires.

Mixology and masterclasses await you
And because a good cocktail isn't complete without a good shake, the Code Bar Strasbourg will be in charge of the central bar at the event. They’ll showcase the exhibitors' products with their house cocktails. Masterclasses with mixologists and professional bartenders are also on the agenda. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn how to measure like a pro and discover the secrets to a great balance.

More than 1500 visitors are expected at the Cocktail Haus , which aims to showcase local talents, boost cocktail culture in Strasbourg, and offer a true experience blending learning and pleasure. And let's be honest: if we can discover local delights while sipping a good drink, we're definitely in!
