If you're feeling creative, Pokey Bar offers you the opportunity to create your own bowl. Choose from a selection of bases such as rice, quinoa, or sweet potatoes. Then, add your favorite raw fish from salmon, tuna, sea bass, or sea bream. The vegetable options are just as vast: mozzarella balls, bean sprouts, radishes, peppers, mango, pineapple, olives and much more. Let your imagination run wild!
